The president of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Tony Chan has said that creating career opportunities within the green-energy sector is of paramount importance for the future of the Middle East region.
Tony Chan told Arab News that more career options for young people should be made available in the green sector in the region during a panel discussion titled “How To Pave A Career Path In Protecting The Planet” at the Saudi Green Initiative Forum, which was held in conjunction with the COP27 UN Climate Change Conference in the Egyptian city of Sharm El-Sheikh.
