Israel’s Foreign Ministry has stated that Israel and Azerbaijan have inked a cooperation agreement on environmental protection.
Mukhtar Babayev, the minister of ecology and natural resources in Azerbaijan, and Eli Cohen, the foreign minister of Israel, who paid a diplomatic visit to the nation earlier this week, inked the agreement.

The agreement focuses on numerous areas of cooperation, such as managing concerns of air quality, environmental elements of water management, waste management, reducing the effects of climate change, preventing land degradation, and promoting environmental technologies.
